1. About us
This website is run by Aftersteps, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at aftersteps@aftersteps.store or by post at [BUSINESS ADDRESS]. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders
When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Our contract with you begins when we send that email. We may cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if there was an obvious pricing error, or if we can't deliver to your address. If we cancel, we'll refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling, or in your local currency where available, and include any applicable taxes. Delivery is free. Payment is taken when you order, through our secure checkout. We don't see or store your card details.

4. Delivery
Delivery times and details are set out in our Shipping policy. Delivery dates are estimates.

5. Returns and refunds
Our 30-day comfort guarantee and your refund rights are set out in our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

6. Using the wrap safely
The Aftersteps wrap is a comfort product, not a medical device. It isn't intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Please read the instruction manual before use and:
- start on the lowest heat setting and keep sessions to around 30 minutes
- don't use it while sleeping, or on broken, numb or irritated skin
- don't use it on children, or let children use it unsupervised
- speak to a doctor first if you are pregnant, have diabetes, poor circulation, reduced sensation, or a pacemaker or other implanted device
- stop using it if you feel pain or discomfort

7. Our responsibility to you
If we fail to comply with these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that failure. We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or that result from the product being used against the instructions. We don't exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else where it would be unlawful to do so.

8. Our content
All text, images, videos and branding on this website belong to Aftersteps. Please don't copy or use them without our written permission.

9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
