Delivery cost
Delivery is free and tracked on every order.

Dispatch
We send every order out within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery times
After dispatch, orders usually arrive within:
- United Kingdom: 6–12 business days
- Europe, North America and other countries: 6–25 business days

These are estimates. Deliveries can occasionally take longer during busy periods or because of customs checks.

Tracking
We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow it to your door.

Where we deliver
If your country appears at checkout, we deliver there. If it doesn't, we can't deliver to you yet.

Customs and import charges
For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, your country may charge import duties or taxes. These are set by your local customs office and are the customer's responsibility.

Late or missing orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, email us at aftersteps@aftersteps.store with your order number. We'll track it down, and if it's lost we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Wrong address
Please check your address before you order. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll correct it if the order hasn't been dispatched.
