You have 30 days from delivery to try your wrap. If it's not for you, email us at aftersteps@aftersteps.store with your order number, and in most cases we'll refund you without you needing to send it back. If it arrives faulty or damaged, we'll send a free replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer. You can read the full details in our Refund policy.

We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. All payments go through a secure, encrypted checkout, and we never see or store your card details.

Yes, as long as it hasn't been sent yet. Email us at aftersteps@aftersteps.store within 12 hours of ordering and we'll change or cancel it for you. Once it's on its way, we can't stop it, but you're still covered by our 30-day guarantee.

Yes. We ship to the UK, most of Europe, North America, and selected countries in South America and Asia. If your country is available at checkout, we can deliver to you. Orders outside the UK may be charged import duties or taxes by your country's customs when they arrive. These aren't included in our prices and are paid by the person receiving the parcel.

Every order is sent out within 3 business days. Delivery then usually takes:

There's just one size, and it fits most ankles. The wrap is 37.5 cm long with an adjustable strap, so you can fasten it snugly around your ankle without it feeling tight. If you're unsure, email us your ankle measurement and we'll let you know.
